Marketplace
The Marketplace allows players to trade powerful assets with each other using an automated auction system. It is the primary way to buy and sell spy intelligence and missiles, giving players new tactical options and creating a dynamic player driven economy.
Spy Intelligence Auctions
Players can sell Infiltrate level spy data on any target Kingdom. Unlike basic Probe missions, marketplace spy intelligence is a one time, on demand snapshot of another player's military strength and defences.
Winning a probe (infiltration) auction gives you an on-demand spy on the target, redeemable from the probe page, allowing you to judge whether a missile strike or fleet assault is viable. Because this information can open up high value attack opportunities, these listings often attract competitive bidding.
Missile Trading
Players can also buy and sell missiles through the Marketplace. This gives Kingdoms the flexibility to offload surplus munitions or quickly obtain extra firepower for an important operation.
Missiles are transferred instantly when the auction ends, making the Marketplace the fastest way to restock your arsenal if you need an urgent strike option.
Auction Rules
All Marketplace listings follow the same core system:
- 24 hour duration. Every auction runs for a full day once created.
- Bidding system. Players can place incremental bids. The highest bidder at the end of the timer wins the item.
- Optional Buyout. If the seller sets a buyout price, any player can immediately claim the item by paying the full amount.
Anti Sniping Extensions
To keep auctions fair and prevent last second sniping, the Marketplace includes an automatic extension mechanic:
- If a bid is placed during the final 2 minutes, the auction timer is extended.
- The auction will only finish once no new bids arrive within the final 2 minute window.
This ensures every bidder has a real chance to respond and prevents auctions from being decided by split second timing.
A Player Driven Economy
Because listings come directly from players, the Marketplace reflects the current needs and strategies of the galaxy. Prices rise and fall based on supply, demand, war pressure, and political tensions. Smart traders can profit from market timing, while opportunists can use the right purchase at the right moment to swing an entire conflict.
